Come along and try out dragon boating. BRD in assocation with the Brisbane City Council, is offering this free activity. See details below.

Participants will learn the art and skill of paddling in a dragonboat while enjoying races, games and fun activities on the Brisbane River.  Includes coaching, sweeps, paddles, life vests and safety boat.

When:- Saturday, October 22, 2011, 8:30 – 10:30am

Cost:- FREE

Meeting point:- Boat ramp, Col Gardener Drive, Colmslie (behind hockey fields)

Requirements:- Clothes that can get wet (water spray), sun protection (hat/cap, sunscreen, long sleeve top), water.
