QDBF have undertaken to run a series of TV advertisements to publicise Dragon Boating to the wider community to assist with recruitment of members, these advertisements will begin as follows:
The Regional Areas of Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba in mid August 2011 on Channel 7Two
Gold Coast in mid August on Channel SCTen
Greater Brisbane Area including Metropolitan, Ipswich, areas from Beaudesert to Coolum and Gold Coast (where signal penetrates the Gold Coast) beginning of September 2011 on Channel 7Two.
