BRD is proud to be hosting a MOVEMBER themed paddle event and welcome new and returning paddlers to join us for a MOrning focused on fun, friendship and fitness and in support of men's health. Get started growing or creating your best MO.   

Dragon Boat provides a great avenue to get you MOving in MOvember! MOre that fun and fitness, there are great competition MOments available as well!  

Our accredited, experienced coaches will provide you with instruction on basic paddling technique and safety while introducing you to dragon boat paddling. 

There will be prizes for the Best MO you've grown and the Best MO made at home.  This event is free however we will be accepting Movember donations in support of Men's Health. 

Dragon boating is a dynamic sport suitable for men and women of all ages ranging from 10yrs+.
